Ipoh's well-loved nasi kandar stall ordered to close


IPOH: The city’s beloved nasi kandar stall at the Yong Suan Coffeeshop in Jalan Yang Kalsom here has been ordered to close by the health authorities.

The Kinta health department has issued a notice to the operator of Perniagaan Nasi Kandar Ayam Merah, which has existed since 1955, to cease its operations with immediate effect until Nov 28 following a raid on the premises at 5pm yesterday.
