CAMERON HIGHLANDS: The first stage of the Sungai Bertam widening project will be completed by the end of this month.
A Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) engineer, who declined to be named, said the width of the seven kilometre-long river would be expanded to 10m for a six-kilometre stretch.
