NUSAJAYA: Population density, terrain and quality of raw water are among the factors why Johoreans are paying more for water than other states.
State Public Works, Rural and Regional Development Committee chairman Datuk Hasni Mohamad said other factors included the amount of government subsidies for water, services provided to customers and the area of coverage for water supply.
