Families of three youths allegedly shot dead by cops sue police, government


SHAH ALAM: The families of three youths allegedly shot dead by the police three years ago have filed a lawsuit against the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) and the Government for damages.

Muhammad Shamil Hafiz Shapiei, 15, Mohd. Hairul Nizam Tuah, 20, and Muhamad Hanafi Omar, 22, were reportedly shot in an early morning incident at Glenmarie here on Nov 13, 2010.
