BUKIT KAYU HITAM: Police have tightened security at border checkpoints here following information that gang members who had slipped out of the country to escape the Ops Cantas Khas are now returning.
Bukit Aman Anti-Vice, Gambling and Secret Societies Division (D7) assistant director Asst Comm Kamarul Zaman Mamat said police had been using the K9 unit to conduct inspections at the Immigration, Customs and Quarantine Complex here the past few days.
