Malaysia conveys condolences to Philippines typhoon victims


NEW DELHI: Malaysia joined the other member countries of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) to convey condolences to the government and people of the Philippines on the loss of lives due to Super Typhoon Haiyan.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims during this difficult time," Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman said in his intervention note at the 11th ASEM Foreign Ministers' Meeting, Monday.
