KUALA LUMPUR: The 1Malaysia Housing Programme (PR1MA) will allow application for its houses to those who already own a house – but only if the buyer is looking for a second one in the city.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim said the decision to expand the eligibility to apply for PR1MA houses to such applicants was expected to increase the online application to one million from the current 250,000 applications.
