KUANG: The Al-Arqam founder Ashaari Muhammad's widow was fined RM1,000 by a Lower Syariah Court in Gombak here for publishing a book via her company which is against Islamic Law.
Syarie judge Kamarulzaman Ali ordered Hatijah Aam, 59, to be jailed 14 days if she failed to pay the fine.
