YAN: PAS has retained the Sungai Limau state seat with a 1,084-vote majority, reduced by more than half from the 2,774-vote majority it garnered in the last general election.
PAS’ Mohd Azam Mat Samad won the closely contested polls by clinching 12,069 votes while Barisan Nasional candidate Dr Ahmad Sohaimi Lazim took 10,985 votes.
