Najib and wife join MIC Deepavali open house festivities


KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor joined thousands of well-wishers at MIC’s Deepavali open house in Batu Caves.

The sounds of drums and flutes heralded Najib’s arrival and he was welcomed by MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel, his deputy Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam and other party leaders during the festivities yesterday.
