CAMERON HIGHLANDS: The Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID) is planning to strengthen the Bertam River embankment with concrete walls.
Pahang DID director Datuk Zulkefli Hassan said it was planning to use the RM40mil allocation announced by the Prime Minister under Budget 2014 to build the walls, which could also ensure better flow of water.
