KUALA LUMPUR: The mother of murdered college student Kwan Chun Tai (pic) said her son was on track to graduate with a business degree from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC) next month.
Boutique worker Yong Ean Siang, 55, said her last conversation with Kwan was at 11am on Wednesday when she asked him to come home to collect his letters.
