Cosplay killing: Victim's mum asked for my help, says COPS founder


PETALING JAYA: Selangor Commu­nity Policing Association (COPS) founder Kuan Chee Heng became involved in Ng Yuk Tim’s murder case when he was contacted by the mother of the victim seeking his help to find her daughter on Oct 22.

Kuan, a former police constable, said he initially thought it was a case of a girl running away from home, but Sim Yee Ling, 35, was adamant her daughter had not run away.
