KUALA LUMPUR: The Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry will proceed with its second mission to space following the success of the first National Space Programme.
Its Deputy Minister Datuk Abu Bakar Md Diah told Parliament Tuesday that the second space programme will have better focus and commercial value, which included the collaborations with local universities, Japanese, European and the Russian space agencies.
