KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Rakyat has proposed a 10% cut in operating costs of ministries while ending ineffective programmes as among the ways to achieve its fiscal reformation.
In unveiling their alternative budget yesterday, Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said it was aimed at strengthening the nation’s fiscal standing.
