BANGI: Filling up paper forms and standing in line at a Road Transport Department (RTD) office for a vehicle ownership transfer will soon be a thing of the past, thanks to RTD's new mySikap online system.
Director-general Datuk Ismail Ahmad said the system, which replaces the current Sikap system, allows users to handle transactions on voluntary/fixed vehicle ownership transfers anytime, anywhere.
