A DELHI High Court refused bail to a man who hid his marital status to marry again, Malaysia Nanban reported.
Justice Hima Kohli said the man, whose name was reported only as Ahmed, did not deserve any protection since he had not helped the police investigation or returned the dowry of the woman he allegedly duped.
