Be firm and stick to 10-point agreement, Gan urges Government

PETALING JAYA: The Government must be firm and take a clear stand that inclusiveness and the Cabinet’s 10-point agreement are the way forward in dealing with the controversy over the use of the word Allah by Christians, said MCA vice-president Gan Ping Sieu.

He said Barisan Nasional, as an inclusive political coalition, should reach a rational consensus in national interest, while the 10-point agreement on the printing, import and distribution of the Al-Kitab should be honoured.
