KUALA LUMPUR: Pascal Najadi, the son of slain Arab-Malaysian banking group founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi, said the revised Prevention of Crime Act (PCA) would be instrumental in thwarting hired killers in their tracks.
He commended the Government's move to amend the law, which was approved by the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday.
