JOHOR BARU: Delays in upgrading work at the Plaza Kotaraya shopping complex and changes to the floorplan layout caused the cost of the project to more than double, the Auditor-General’s Report said.
The board of directors for Damansara Assets Sdn Bhd (DASB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Johor Corp (JCorp) and the owner of the complex had in December 2010 approved an RM19mil budget for the upgrading work.
