KOTA BARU: The local council should come up with guidelines on posters to be put up at non-Muslim hair salons and not impose the same by-laws affecting Muslims unilaterally, said a Gerakan bureau chief.

The party’s public complaints and services bureau chief Wilson Lau Hoi Keong described as illogical the move by the council to advise salon operators to remove “sexy posters” from their premises.
