Shafie faces an online challenge


PUTRAJAYA: Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has become a target of cyberspace campaigning in the run-up to the Umno elections following the emergence of a fake Facebook account under his name.

The Facebook page featured a photograph of him in the profile picture. Believed to have been created last week, it received about 1,022 “likes” before it was deleted on Monday.
