KUALA LUMPUR: Batu Buruk assemblyman Dr Syed Azman Syed Ahmad Nawawi pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here Monday to organising a Blackout 505 rally on June 22 in Padang Merbok without following police conditions.
He faces an alternative charge of failing to enclose a copy of the police consent for organising the rally.
