KOTA KINABALU: The Royal Commission of Inquiry into Sabah’s illegal immigrant problem has completed its public hearing and a full report would be ready by the end of the year.
The five-member panel, chaired by former Sabah and Sarawak Chief Judge Tan Sri Steve Shim, heard 211 witnesses since the hearing started on Jan 14.
