SUNGAI BULOH: The recruitment of teachers in the future would take the needs of each state into account instead of only looking at the requirement at the Federal level, said Second Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh.
He said certain states such as Kelantan produced too many religious teachers causing a shortage of teachers of other subjects in that state.
