GEORGE TOWN: Bayan Baru MP Sim Tze Tzin has apologised in the High Court to Boustead Holdings Bhd for making defamatory remarks against it.
The PKR MP said that on Oct 2, 2011, he had issued a press statement as the then Pantai Jerejak assemblyman on the land reclamation project in Queensbay to be undertaken by Boustead.
