GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has spoken out against critics who alleged that he had tried to run down the country during an official trade mission to Hong Kong last week.
The DAP secretary-general said that he would not be able to sway foreign investors to Penang if he ran down the country, as the state was also part of Malaysia.
