GEORGE TOWN: Bayan Baru MP Sim Tze Tzin tendered an apology in the High Court to Boustead Holdings Bhd, who then withdrew its defamation suit against him on Thursday.
In the statement of claim, Boustead said Sim had made defamatory statements during a press conference on Oct 2, 2011, that was printed in several newspapers.
