PETALING JAYA: Two armed Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) personnel went missing while on board a Vietnamese fishing vessel off Kelantan waters.
Johorean Mohd Ramdhan Hizam, 22, and Sabahan Mohamad Sabrie Sahibul, 24, were inspecting the skipper and another crew member aboard the foreign vessel when they went missing at about 7am on Saturday.
