Anthony Loke: Seven-day notice needed for DAP special congress, not ten weeks

IPOH: DAP only needs to send out a seven-day notice to delegates in order to hold a special congress and not 10 weeks, said its national organising secretary Anthony Loke.

Loke, who is also the party’s special congress steering committee chairman, said the 10-week advance notice only applied to its annual congress.
