PETALING JAYA: The 20 sen price hike for RON95 and diesel is expected to draw criticism but the public must realise that this is part of a subsidy rationalisation, said MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.
He hoped that the people would understand that a gradual subsidy cut was part of the rationalisation process to help stabilise the economy.
