BUTTERWORTH: The Registrar of Societies (ROS) should instruct the DAP to hold fresh nominations at the branch level to select delegates for the re-election of the central executive committee (CEC), said former Jalan Bagan Luar DAP branch chairman G. Asoghan (pic).
He said a 10-week written notice should also be given to all the branch secretaries before the nominations were made as per Article 6.8 of the party constitution.
