PETALING JAYA: MCA central committee member Loh Seng Kok has clarified that he was misquoted by a PKR assemblyman and an online news portal over the controversial ban on African tenants from an apartment block in Subang.
Loh said Seri Setia assemblyman Nik Nazmi and the news portal had taken his comments out of context.
