KUALA LUMPUR: A used car dealer lost his civil claim against the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and three others for alleged negligence over failure to blacklist a stolen car.
High Court judge Justice Rosilah Yop held that used car dealer Cheah Kuai Wah, 42, had no legal right to bring the action against the four defendants.
