PETALING JAYA: While Sunday’s flight delays at KL International Airport could be blamed on bad weather, the same could not be said for how the situation was handled on the ground.
Commenting on the rows of disgruntled passengers who had to spend hours waiting for airport and city taxis with their luggage in tow, Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents vice-president (outbound) Ab Rahman Mohd Ali said the situation would leave a bad impression on tourists.
