BUTTERWORTH: Indian youths involved in negative activities should be rehabilitated with the assistance of the police, the Home Ministry and community groups, said MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel.
According to him, the MIC was willing to help the authorities embark on such programmes which included the provision of skills training and business opportunities so that the youths could earn a decent living.
