Man files summons for info on wife’s death


SHAH ALAM: The husband of a woman shot dead last January has filed an originating summons to force the police to disclose the result of their investigation into his wife’s death.

Odd job worker Foo Voon Kong, 27, filed the summons under Section 107A of the Criminal Procedure Court through the firm Messrs Ng & Yeong at the High Court registry here yesterday.
