GEORGE TOWN: Penang police maintained that they had adopted the standard operating procedure in the raid on an apartment that killed five gang members on Monday, contrary to the claims by the families of the dead men.
Penang police chief Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi said police had adhered strictly to the SOP.
