PETALING JAYA: Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar, who was called to the police headquarters regarding a sedition charge, said that it was a ridiculous exercise by the police.
"The police force is supposed to focus on ending the spate of shootings instead," she said on Friday, adding that she was unsure whether she was being investigated as a witness or as a suspect in the case of allegedly seditious remarks being made during a fund-raising event by Suaram.
