PETALING JAYA: An image he took of a jockey in a bull race won a prestigious World Press Photo (WPP) award and now Dr Chen Wei Seng, 51, wants to donate some money to the jockey who contributed to his fame.
In February this year, Dr Chen’s picture “Joy At the End of the Run” won the first prize in the sports action category of the WPP awards.
