PUTRAJAYA: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has estimated that another month is needed before its processing matters could operate as normal.
JPJ director-general Datuk Ismail Ahmad explained that insufficient computer resources over an upgrade work had led to thousands of motorists waiting for days to renew their licences or road tax.
