Politics should have no place in extradition request of Iranian, say legal experts


PETALING JAYA: The courts should decide in the extradition case involving Iranian national Sajad Farhadi, say legal experts.

Retired Court of Appeal judge Datuk Shaik Daud Ismail cautioned that politics should play no part in the observation of the extradition treaty between Malaysia and the US.
