A-G warns against meddling in Iranian VIP’s son’s case

KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney-General’s Chambers has warned against any interference in the case of Sajad Farhadi, the son of a VIP in Iran, who is being sought by the United States for conspiracy to violate the Iranian Embargo.

Arguing before Justice Mohd Azman Husin for a stay against a High Court decision to release 34-year-old PhD student Sajad, Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail said any interference in the case would not be tolerated.
