KUANTAN: The High Court here has dismissed an application by a group of Kuantan residents for a stay of proceedings on the judicial review of Lynas’ temporary operating licence (TOL) and ordered that they pay costs.
Justice Mariana Yahya ordered Tan Bun Teet, Ismail Abu Bakar and three others to pay costs amounting to RM20,000 to the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) and to Lynas.
