KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is applying to disqualify lawyer Datuk Seri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah from appearing for the prosecution in its appeal against his acquittal over a sodomy charge.
The Court of Appeal is set to hear Anwar’s application and appeal hearing for two days from Sept 17.
