KUALA LUMPUR: A former lawyer claimed trial at the Sessions Court here to criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving RM426,800 entrusted to him by two clients.
Lee Cheng Theng, 56, was entrusted with the amount in his capacity as lawyer to Yue Leong Siew and Ong Chiu Gek on Oct 18, 2008 at a bank in Taman Megah, Cheras.
