Former MD loses defamation suit against two ex-directors


KUALA LUMPUR: Former Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd managing director Datuk Low Tuck Choy has lost his suit against the company’s then two directors for allegedly issuing a defamatory statement over his suspension from the company.

High Court Judicial Commissioner Siti Khadijah S. Hassan Badjenid dismissed the civil claim and ordered Low to pay RM5,000 in costs to each director.
