KUALA LUMPUR: PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali (pix) has denied giving a defamatory speech at a ceramah linking Umno over the distribution of a sex video clip showing a man resembling him.
In the suit filed against Mustafa and three others in April, Umno said that the words had implied that the party was willing to use dirty tactics to smear the reputation of any individuals.
