Nayati kidnap trial postponed

KUALA LUMPUR: The trial of the men accused of kidnapping Dutch national Nayati Shamelin Moodliar has been postponed to today because the scheduled witness had to testify in another court.

High Court judge Kamardin Hashim allowed the application by DPP Datuk Nik Suhaimi Sulaiman to postpone the trial.
