A DAP MP is expected to be charged in court next Wednesday for breaching the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 in organising the Black 505 rally at Padang Merbok.
Anthony Loke Siew Fook (DAP - Seremban) said he had received a order which required him to be at the Kuala Lumpur court complex to answer to the charge on Wednesday.
